We are not bound to any hardware or software manufacturer which allows us to be unbiased experts whose sole interest is to find the best solution for the customer. To show the competence of our employees to the new contractors, in individual cases, we are ready to find a single, free of charge solution to the problems which they are themselves not able to deal with. As a rule, however, we do not take a paid one-off projects. The only way to use our services is to sign a long-term cooperation agreement.
Our marketing efforts are not based on an aggressive market penetration and maximizing the number of our partners. We know that cooperating customers guarantee us steady development, generated in a natural way through their specific needs, which challenge us constantly and do not allow us to stay in place. Therefore, first of all we care about the steady increase in service quality.
The system of cooperation described above has enabled us to establish the objectives identical to the objectives of our customers – we look together in the same direction. Customer problems are our problems, and we as much as them care about solving them as quickly as possible. During the cooperation we get to know the customer, and he gets to know us, and after a while we no longer cooperate on the client – contractor basis, but we become partners in achieving mutual aims.
